Efficiency improvement through maintenance and measurement: Boiler equipment in the manufacturing site.

Maintenance and measurement are separate, resulting in double the effort and cost; we can also conduct "smoke measurement" all in one at our company.

We proposed a total solution for our customers who have requested boiler maintenance, conducting both maintenance and smoke emission measurements simultaneously. Some customers expressed that they rely on other companies for smoke emission measurements, but find the scheduling process cumbersome and inconvenient. In response, we proposed a total solution that includes smoke emission measurements along with boiler maintenance. This reduces the number of steps needed for scheduling to just one, cutting down on coordination efforts and eliminating the hassle of selecting measurement contractors and arranging contracts.
